A real-time staff tracking system is in place to enhance confidence and security.

Customers may request to verify the therapist’s ID before the session begins.

All staff must adhere to the principle: “Serving with heart, not offering sexual services 

❌ Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

To ensure customer flexibility, we have established the following policies:

✅ Free cancellation if notified at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment.

🕑 A 50% cancellation fee applies if the cancellation is made less than 2 hours in advance.

❌ If the therapist has already arrived at the location and the customer is not present or not ready to receive the service, the full service fee will be charged.

🔁 Customers may reschedule once per booking at no additional cost (with advance notice).
